All packages have an UNLIMITED data allowance but are slowed down until midnight if you go over the fair usage data quota. Once slowed, you can still download as much as you want, albeit at the slower speed.
You will never get billed for over-usage, just your monthly package price.
Speeds are up to. Depends on link capability and quality, noise levels in the area, etc.
If you are not getting the full speed, we can downgrade your service on request.
