Internet service providers are categorised as Essential Service providers under the government guidelines. Nova Broadband is working hard to deliver this essential service to our valued customers.

Due to physical distancing and safety guidelines we are restricting the number of site visits that our installers and technicians can make. Our staff work from home and we are able to continue business operations.  We are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of customer service calls to our help desk at the moment. We have hired extra staff to help with this, however we are experiencing extended delays in responding to customer queries. If you can log a service ticket on our website outlining your issue,  it will help us to deal with your issue or you can email with the details.

All tickets are tracked and updated on an ongoing basis and will be resolved in sequence in a fair manner.

We ask that customers do not call repeatedly to report the same issue .

Our network is experiencing unprecedented levels of traffic at the moment and we are working hard to increase capacity in key areas,
